Located in the heart of the Dolomites our house fits in harmoniously with our fascinating mountains. Here you will live and enjoy the international atmosphere of one of the most popular ski and excursion areas of South Tyrol.

This is the Almhof chef's saying, who will make the table magic by serving wonderful specialties prepared on the spot according to the recipes of international and mediterranean cuisine. At the same time we will make you know those old recipes that have been handed down since the old times. We know how to tempt the most refined palates: aromatic herbs from the garden, tender meat from the local farmers and healthy wholemeal products coming from the Alto Adige agriculture, and combined with a genuine preparation, rich in vital substances.

The Hotel Somont, in the Val Gardena Valley, provides the perfect stopover for the ski fan. Surrounded by the Dolomites, the hotel is handy to ski runs, and offers a hire equipment store on site. After a day on the slopes, guests can enjoy the sauna, hot baths, and Turkish massages.

Situated in a quiet and sunny position overlooking the town and with a wonderful view of the Sas dla Crusc the hotel is only a short distance from the town centre and offers spacious public areas and lounges in which to move around freely together with comfortable and tasteful furnished rooms all with a shower, wc, telephone, satellite tv and a safe.
